Experis is a partner for NHO's talent program Global Future, and helps in the search and selection process for the program. For several years Experis assisted Global Future in Oslo / Akershus and Rogaland.

Quality Assurance

Experis has worked closely with its sister companies in ManpowerGroup, Manpower and Right Management, the search and selection process. Experis has stood for project management, and together with Manpower and Right Management conducted interviews and assessment exercises. In ManpowerGroup there is a great interest in the project and there has been involvement from all managers, also at the corporate level.

Per Olav Hagås, senior consultant at Experis, has played an important role in the process. "Experis and ManpowerGroup are very proud to assist NHO in this recruitment processes. Candidates and their networks represent an important competence for future Norwegian working life," says Hagås.

To identify the 25 candidates, an extensive recruitment process will be conducted where the use of language, aptitude and personality tests are included. "The results of the interviews and certified tests provide an effective selection process and good progress", says Hagås.

Also project manager for the Global Future NHO, Torhild Hallre is very pleased with the cooperation between NHO and Experis. "Recruitment and selection are Experis' specialty, and there is a boost for the Global Future that we have professional partners who also represents an important network for a career, ahead of our competitors", says Hallre.

About Global Future:

Global Future NHO is a talent program for first-generation immigrants with higher education. The program focuses on leadership and self-development (AFF), board competence (BI) and rhetoric (Rhetorical Institute), and stretches over 16 months with 19-day periods. All participants receive a personal mentor with managerial background in recognized establishments. The aim of the Global Future is to mobilize highly educated people with multicultural backgrounds for further qualification for management positions and directorships in private and public sectors.
